At Kashiv BioSciences, as Associate Vice President of IT, he led digital transformation for a US-focused biopharmaceutical operation — directing an SAP S/4HANA implementation, rolling out electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and electronic batch manufacturing records (eBMR), and applying AI and machine learning to laboratory automation, while strengthening cybersecurity and data integrity.
As Senior Vice President – IT Compliance & Infrastructure at Cadila Pharmaceuticals, he took ownership of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and computer system validation across a highly regulated, multi-site environment — consistently aligning technology with business and regulatory objectives.
